Rear Subframe Chassis Reinforcement Plate Kit for BMW E46

Description

The BMW E46 rear floor has a known weak point where the rear subframe mounts to the chassis. The mounting points can crack and tear out in daily use, faster with aggressive driving, leading to serious structural damage. The reinforcement plate kit strengthens the connection points before damage occurs.

The plates are laser cut from high-strength steel and welded in. Installation instructions are included.

Warning

Installation requires welding and should only be carried out by professionals. M12x1.5 hex bolts for securing the plates are not included. Designed for coupe and sedan; minor modification of the plates is needed on the E46 convertible chassis.
